中國GDP優於預期，貿易戰陰影仍未散去

中國經濟在2025年第一季展現出強韌的表現，國內生產毛額（GDP）年增5.4%，優於市場預期的5.1%，根據國家統計局週三公布的數據。

3月的經濟數據亦表現亮眼。零售銷售年增5.9%，高於2月的4%；工業生產則激增7.7%，顯示內需動能持續強勁。

貿易戰前的「搶出口」？

儘管數據表現強勁，但這波成長動能是否能持續，市場仍存疑慮。近期，美國對中國商品加徵145%的高額關稅，中方則反制性地對美國商品課徵125%關稅，雙方緊張升級為全面貿易戰，引發對全年經濟展望的擔憂。

部分經濟學者指出，第一季的經濟衝刺可能反映了企業為了避開4月即將實施的關稅而提前出貨的「搶出口」效應。若屬實，貿易戰的真正影響可能要等到接下來的經濟數據才會逐步浮現。

人行寬鬆政策可期

在外部壓力升高的情況下，中國人民銀行（PBoC）預期將加強政策支持。人行已針對特定銀行下調存款準備金率（RRR），以增加市場流動性，尤其是扶持受出口衝擊較大的中小企業。

若貿易緊張局勢持續升高，預料還會有更多定向降準措施出台。若關稅對經濟成長與就業產生重大衝擊，進一步降息亦不排除。

儘管首季表現優於預期，但中美貿易戰升溫仍為下半年帶來重大下行風險。預期決策層將持續動用貨幣與財政政策工具，穩定經濟基本面。然而，貿易戰的實質衝擊將可能在未來幾個季度逐步顯現。

Ultima Markets 高級分析師 Shawn 表示：「人行可能會推出更多寬鬆政策，以因應貿易戰所帶來的挑戰。」

他補充指出：「中國顯然已準備好在面對全面貿易衝突時，動用全套政策工具應對。」

美元兌離岸人民幣走勢展望

儘管美元整體偏弱，但美元兌離岸人民幣（USDCNH）仍維持強勢，主因為中國央行持續採取寬鬆政策，並可能針對出口採取「有管理的貶值」策略。

從技術面來看，USDCNH曾一度突破關鍵阻力位7.36，創下歷史新高，顯示市場對人民幣貶值的預期仍在。

儘管匯價自高點短線回落，顯示多頭動能略顯不足，但只要USDCNH穩守7.22上方，短期內仍具備進一步上漲的潛力。
